This was the student rental up by UC Santa Cruz I mentioned. When I took it over, it had brown patches on the grass, drywall damage and lots of student debris left behind to haul off to the dump. There was furniture to sell and donate, broken sprinklers, and major wear and tear on the interior. It was a good amount of work to do in a short time frame and we pulled it off beautifully! Our crew came together and hustled! I'll have some good before photos for you on this one!

No review on this one because the Seller did not speak English. She spoke Mandarin, so we had translators.

"Shari was very clear about the steps needed to sell my house. It took longer than I anticipated to get it ready, yard work inspections and staging but all well worth it. Shari was easy to work with, did most of the leg work dealing with and contacting inspectors and workmen. My house was a bit of a special case one room having been damaged by a tree fall. I decided to clean up the property and the house made secure and safe and try selling as is rather than repairing.
